Ganden Tripa
Ganden Tripa is a general throne holder in Gelug and also a preceptor in Gelugpa. Tsongkhapa is the 1st Ganden Tripa. After Tsonkpapa was passed away, anyone with the highest knowledges and realizations in Gelug becomes a preceptor to handle the Gelug administrative affairs on behalf of Tsonkhapa. This reputation is higher than Dalai Lama and Panche Lama. Both Dalai Lama and Panchen Lama have to prostrate to Ganden Tripa when they meet. The tenure of every Ganden Tripa is typically 7 years. Because of limited information and documents, the current Ganden Tripa is not able to be idetified.
 
H.H. Panchen Lama

H.H. Panchen Lama is another significant succesive incarnation and a Gelugpa leader in Gtsang Tibet. His Holiness lives in Tashilhunpo Monastery. The 1st Panchen Lama was Khedrup Je who was Tsongkhapa's great disciple. The current Panchen is the 11th Panchen Lama. The Chinese government asserts one while H.H. Dalai Lama also maintains another one. Both are in the learning curve stage. It's not sure who is a genuine Panchen Lama at present.
H.H. Dalai Lama
H.H. Dalai Lama
H.H. Dalai Lama is one of significant succesive incarnation and a Gelugpa leader in Dbus Tibet. The 1st Dalai Lama is Gendun Drup who was Tsongkhapa's disciple. The current Dalai Lama is the 14th Dalai Lama who was born in Hong Ya (Takster, Amdo) Qinghai province in 1935. The 5th Reting Khutukhtu applied for approval about the exemption of lot-drawing from the gold urn to identify the incarnate soul boy in 1938. The central government of China approved that Tenzin Gyatso recognized by Reting Khutukhtu was H.H. the 14th Dalai Lama. After His Holiness left Tibet in 1959, H.H. Dalai Lama established the government of Tibet in Exile in Dharamsala India. His Holiness spent efforts to promote Tibetan culture and Buddhism to the Western world and has an international reputation. In terms of Buddha Dharma realization, His Holiness does not belong to the top one.
 
Jetsun Dhampa Khutukhtu
Khalkha Jetsun Dhampa Khutukhtu
Khalkha Jetsun Dhampa Khutukhtu is a Buddhist leader in Outer Mongolia. The 1st Khalkha Jetsun Dhampa Khutukhtu was the incarnation of Tarantha who was the Dharma king of Jonang sect. When the 8th Khalkha Jetsun Dhampa Khutukhtu was passed away in Mongolia in 1924, the People Revolution Government of Mongolia declared that they were not going to find the incarnate soul boy. This diplomatically terminated the incarnation of Khalkha Jetsun Dhampa in Mongolia. The identification of incarnations had been in fact conducting confidently by the 13th Dalai Lama in Tibet. Eventually the 9th Khalkha Jetsun Dhampa was identified in 1936. His existence was kept a secret all the time for safety reason. He left Tibet with H.H. Dalai Lama in 1959. H.H. Dalai Lama declared the existence of the 9th Khalkha Jetsun Dhampa in 1991. However, his identification can not be recognized yet. Because of limited information and documents, his realization is un-known.

The 19th Zhang Jia Khutukhtu
Zhang Jia Khutukhtu was a Buddhist leader in inner Mongolia. The 19th Zhang Jia Khutukhtu was passed away in Taiwan in 1957. Because of limited information and documents, the incarnation of Zhang Jia Khutukhtu can not be determined.
